Product detailed description

Fast-drying PVA dispersion glue for classic model aircraft construction and general hobby use. For gluing wood, paper, polystyrene foam, cork, etc., works particularly well for gluing porous materials. Comes in an optimal consistency for direct use without any dilution. The hardened glue is moisture resistant. Improved composition for better sandability and longer durability.

Properties

• Initial color: white
• Final color: clear
• No odor or hazardous chemicals
• Working time (until gelation): approx. 5–15 min (20–25 °C)
• Glued parts can be handled: after 20–30 min
• Full strength: after 60 min
• Full hardening: 24 h
• Moisture resistance

Removing excess uncured glue: Cloth or paper towel moistened with water.

Glue dilution: The glue is supplied in a consistency optimal for use, dilution by adding max. 5% water is allowed without harming the properties of the glue.

Suitable for gluing: soft and hard wood, chipboard, plywood, polystyrene foam, cork, fabrics and other porous materials.

Not suitable for bonding: Metals, plastics, glass and other non-porous materials.

Storage: In a tightly closed container, in a cool, dry and dark place (at a temperature of 10–25°C). Do not expose to temperatures below 5°C and in no case to frost. Mix thoroughly before use - if the adhesive is not used for a long time, we recommend mixing it once a month.

Shelf life: If the conditions of proper storage are observed, we guarantee a shelf life in the original unopened packaging for 1 year while maintaining the above-mentioned product properties.

The mixture is not classified as hazardous within the meaning of Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008.
