Premium odorless, medium-strength instant (alkoxycyanoacrylate) adhesive for model making and general use. Supplied in a bottle with a clog-resistant applicator tip.

Medium-viscosity instant adhesive is ideal for bonding absorbent and non-absorbent materials that adhere well to each other. It bonds wood, most plastics, metals, rubber, glass, ceramics, cork, paper, excellent for bonding polystyrene foam…

Typical application method: the adhesive is applied to one of the contact surfaces and the parts are immediately placed together, but the adhesive can also be applied to the joint of well-fitting parts placed together.

• Shear strength: 14–20 N/mm²
• Operating temperature range: -10 °C to +40 °C
• Max. temperature range: -40 °C to 85 °C
• Optimal gap width between bonded parts: zero
• The cured adhesive is soluble in: acetone, dimethylformamide, acetonitrile

Recommended activator: for expanded polystyrene 5MB15PT-28 ZAP Foam Kicker activator STYRO. For materials resistant to organic solvents KAV56.9983.CZ KAVAN PRO activator CA spray 150ml

Recommended debonder/debonder: for polystyrene foam – none. For materials resistant to organic solvents KAV56.9979.CZ KAVAN debonder CA 20g.

Removing excess uncured glue: a cloth or paper towel moistened with acetone (if the glued materials can withstand it).

Diluting the glue: if the instant glue thickens, it is a sign that it has already partially polymerized and is losing its original properties – no “dilution” can restore them.

Use as a sealant, suitable fillers: microballoon filler KAV56.9980.CZ CA filler KAVAN.

Suitable for bonding: soft and hard wood, chipboard, plywood, metals, ceramics, porcelain, glass and carbon laminates, glass and carbon fabrics and fibers, expanded polystyrene and many other plastics.

Not suitable for bonding: polyethylene, Teflon, silicone.

Storage: in tightly closed packaging, in a cool, dry and dark place (at a temperature of +2 °C to +10 °C). Do not expose to temperatures below +2 °C.

Shelf life: if the conditions of proper storage are observed, we guarantee durability in unopened original packaging for 1 year while maintaining the above-mentioned product properties.
