How to shop

The most convenient way to shop with us. We will advise you on how to save time and get a discount for every purchase over €5.

A MAJOR CHANGE in the layout of our company premises.
From April 2020, free movement of customers around the warehouse is no longer possible.

Remember that you will get the best deal from us as a registered customer, so register if you have not yet done so.

This will give you the advantage of automatically being credited with loyalty points for every purchase via the e-shop with a value over €5.

There are three ways to shop with us.

1. Purchase via the e-shop with delivery to the address you specify.

2. Purchase via the e-shop with personal pickup at our distribution center.

3. Purchase in person without prior order.

Our recommendations for individual cases:

1. Classic purchase in the e-shopRegister if you haven't already and get the benefit of a discount.
Choose the goods in our e-shop and add them to your cart.
Choose a courier service.
Choose a payment method, we recommend paying by card online.
Write the delivery address. Your home address is not important, just write the address where you want the package to be delivered.
Complete the order by confirming that you have read the terms and conditions, etc. Don't forget to click in the box.
Click on the blue button to submit the order.
You will receive an automatic confirmation email about the receipt of the order
Usually expect delivery of the goods on the next business day. Before delivery, you will receive an email from us about the shipment and the courier service usually sends an SMS and an email.

2. Purchase via e-shop with personal pickup at our store. Register if you haven't already and you will get the benefit of a discount.
Choose the goods in our e-shop and add them to your cart.
Choose personal pickup at our store.
Choose a payment method, we recommend online card payment.
Complete your order by confirming that you have read the terms and conditions, etc. Don't forget to click in the box.
Click the blue button to submit your order.
You will receive an automatic confirmation email about receiving your order
We will process your order and send you a confirmation email that the goods are ready for you.
Come to pick up the goods only after you receive a message about the goods being ready.
The goods will usually be reserved for you for 3 business days and if you do not pick them up, we will cancel the order and return the goods to the seller. This only applies if the goods are not paid for.

3. Purchase in person at our store without ordering in the e-shop (least advantageous for you). First of all, remember that even if you are registered, you will not be credited with any loyalty points and therefore no discount for purchases outside the e-shop. Our ERP is not connected to the e-shop system.
Since April 2020, free movement of customers around the warehouse in our company is no longer possible. Customers have a reserved area at the entrance to the store.
For a smoother shopping experience, it is good if you already know what you have come to buy.
If you come to "just look between the shelves", we are sorry, but this way of visiting our company is no longer possible. The warehouse is not accessible to the public.
If you bring us a written list of items, preferably with product codes, we will find the goods in the warehouse and prepare them for you on the counter.
Please note that preparing the goods according to your list will take time, and that it will be ranked according to how many orders from the e-shop are currently being processed.
After the quarantine restrictions are lifted, all types of paints and sprays, adhesives and some types of small goods will be available for quick personal purchase.
