Product detailed description

Microballoon filler for instant (cyanoacrylate) adhesives. Lightweight filler for instant adhesives and epoxies for filling holes, gaps, cracks and surface irregularities. The filler is made of an inert material (glass) and can be used on all materials (wood, metals, plastics, etc.) that are not attacked by the instant adhesive used.

• Density: 2.45 g/cm3
• Hardness: 5150 N/mm2 (Knoop)/6 (Mohs)

Application: The filler can be applied in conjunction with instant adhesive in one of two basic ways:

• Fill the desired space with CA filler. Saturate the filler with instant adhesive and allow to cure.
• Fill the desired space with instant adhesive, quickly pour in CA filler and allow to cure.

Suitable for: super thin, thin and medium CA glues.

Not suitable for: thick and gel CA glues.

Storage: in tightly closed packaging, in a cool, dry and dark place (at a temperature of 0 °C to +40 °C). Do not expose to temperatures below 0 °C.

Shelf life: if the conditions of proper storage are observed, we guarantee a shelf life in unopened original packaging for 2 years while maintaining the above-mentioned product properties.

The product is not classified as dangerous within the meaning of Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008.
