PATTEX Chemoprén Extreme is a contact adhesive suitable for bonding extremely stressed joints. It withstands long-term bending stress. It guarantees high immediate strength. It is especially suitable for bonding leather, wood, rubber, textiles, metals, plywood, cardboard and various hard plastic materials, insulating materials in areas exposed to higher temperatures.

SURFACE PREPARATION - The bonded material must be clean, dry, free of grease and dust. When bonding smooth materials such as metal or plastic, additional roughening of the bonded surfaces will increase the strength of the joint.

PROCESSING Mix the adhesive thoroughly before use. Apply a thin layer with a notched trowel, brush or roller to both surfaces. Let the adhesive layer dry for about 10-15 minutes, then place both glued parts together and press firmly. The strength of the joint is determined by the force of compression, not the duration of the pressure. The final strength is achieved after 24 hours.

DO NOT OVERSEE Work the material at a temperature of +18°C to +25°C. Immediately after finishing work with the adhesive, clean the work tools with Pattex Chemoprén Thinner, and carefully remove fresh stains on work clothes with petrol. Dried stains on textiles and other dirty materials can be removed with Pattex Chemoprén Thinner or technical petrol. Dispose of unused material and its packaging at a place designated by the municipality for the disposal of hazardous waste. Only hand over the packaging for recycling when it is completely empty.

First aid: In case of contact with skin, wash with soap and water, treat with a regenerating cream. In case of contact with eyes, rinse under running water for about 15 minutes and seek medical attention. In case of ingestion, rinse mouth, drink 1-2 glasses of water and seek medical attention. In case of inhalation, remove the affected person from the contaminated environment and consult a doctor.
