Very strong and fast digital servo in Jumbo size with steel gears and output shaft mounted in two ball bearings. Thanks to the dustproof and waterproof housing (resistance according to International Protection Code IP-67 - completely prevents contact with dust, withstands immersion in water to a depth of 1 m for 30 min of test run) it is particularly suitable for large seaplanes, off-road car models, ships and submarines - simply for places exposed to dust and moisture, with high demands on the pulling force and overall mechanical resistance of the servo.

Hitec D digital servos combine ultra-fast response, accuracy and high resolution of 4096 steps with the possibility of programming. Thanks to the 32-bit processor and 12-bit ADC converter, they far surpass older servos. In addition, they offer a "Wide Voltage" function that allows you to use battery power in a wide range of nominal voltages from 4.8 to 7.4 V.

The new 32-bit Hitec processor combined with a 12-bit analog-to-digital converter converting the signal from the feedback potentiometer offers the best response achieved among servos for RC models. The universal PC interface DPC-11 (usable for all Hitec programmable servos) allows for maximum tuning of the D-series servos for maximum performance in a wide range of applications.

Hitec "Wide Voltage" technology supports all types of receiver batteries with a nominal voltage of 4.8-7.4 V. This means that the servos can be powered directly from e.g. from a 4 to 6-cell NiMH or NiCd battery, a two-cell Li-Fe, Li-Po or Li-ion battery – of course, it is necessary to remember that the thrust and speed of the servo depend on the amount of supply voltage.

Soft start protects the servo and the rudder control mechanism when turning on the on-board electronics - after turning on the servo slowly goes to the neutral position - there is no sudden jerk.

The USB DPC-11 programmer can be used to program:
