Product detailed description

Two-component epoxy glue with metal filler for reliable bonding and sealing of various metals and other materials; filling incorrectly drilled holes, edge damage, cracks, etc. Easy to sand and repaint. It withstands temperatures up to +120 °C.

Mixing ratio of components: 1:1 (by volume and weight)
Viscosity (after mixing): 20000-25000 mPa.s
Working time (until gelling): approx. 4–6 min (20 °C to 25 °C)
Glued parts can be handled: after 10-12 min
Half strength: after 10-12 min
Full strength: after 2-3 h
Full curing: 16-24 h
Density: 1.3 g/cm³
Shear strength: 14-18 N/mm²
Temperature resistance of the glued joint: -40 °C to +120 °C

Removing excess uncured glue: cloth or paper towel moistened with denatured alcohol.

Use as adhesive sealant: optimal gap width between glued parts 0.1-0.2 mm.

Suitable for bonding: metals, wood, plywood, ceramics, porcelain, glass and carbon laminates.

Not suitable for gluing: soft and flexible plastics (including EPP and EPO), polyethylene, Teflon.

Storage: in a tightly closed container, in a cool, dry and dark place (at a temperature of 10 °C to 25 °C). Do not expose to temperatures below 10 °C. Be careful not to mix up the resin and hardener caps - even a small amount of hardener can spoil a large amount of resin.

Durability: if the conditions of proper storage are observed, we guarantee a shelf life of 1 year while maintaining the above-mentioned product properties.
