Care of the brush: These brushes are suitable for painting with all kinds of common modeling and artistic paints. Attention, some types of thinners can damage the lacquered layer of the handle. After finishing work, clean the brush thoroughly in a special brush cleaner or in thinner. Make sure there is no paint left on the base of the bristles near the metal sleeve. Dried paint residues can over time cause the hair to separate and the brush to lose its correct shape. If this happens to you, we recommend pouring brush cleaner or thinner into a smaller bottle, holding the brush on a clothes peg and hanging it vertically in the bottle with thinner so that the hair is completely submerged. Let it act like this for several hours to days, until the remaining paint dissolves completely. Then clean the brush thoroughly and in most cases it will return to its original state after such cleaning. Do not use too aggressive thinners without first testing their effect on the brush hair.
Never leave the brush "stuck" in the stand, or in a container with thinner or water upside down, i.e. with the bristles resting on the bottom of the container. This is a surefire way to destroy it.
