Two-component epoxy glue with a workability of 5 minutes.

The excellent quality of this fast-drying two-component epoxy glue ensures fast, clear and strong bonding and repairs with a strength of 130 kg/cm2. The glue resists moisture, oils, solvents, diluted acids and alkalis. It has a high heat resistance from -40°C to +100°C. The glue is crystal clear after hardening.

SCOPE OF APPLICATION:
It is suitable for bonding metals, wood, chipboard, thermosets, hard PVC, laminates, ceramics, porcelain, glass, concrete, stone, rubber, polystyrene foam, etc., including between themselves. It is not suitable for bonding PP, PE, Teflon and silicone.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
The parts to be glued must be clean, dry and degreased. Remove the cap of the double-syringe, squeeze out the filler and hardener in a ratio of 1:1 (two equal strips) and mix thoroughly - the workability of the adhesive is 5 minutes. Apply the adhesive to one side, or to both sides for rough and porous materials, press both surfaces together and fix for 20 minutes (using clamps or tape). Clean and close the ends of the double-syringe properly. At room temperature, the joint reaches handling strength after 20 minutes. The joint reaches its highest functional strength after 72 hours. The minimum working temperature is 15°C. Store in a dry and cool place.
