The distribution terminal makes it easy to connect other components, such as switching modules, to the drive battery. For this purpose, it is not necessary to disconnect the battery cable. There are 2 spring terminals on the board. The red 5-pole terminal is connected to the positive pole via a self-resetting fuse and the black 3-pole terminal is connected directly to the negative pole. If a short circuit occurs, the fuse quickly changes to high ohmic and interrupts the current flow almost completely. It maintains this state for as long as the short circuit lasts. After the short circuit is removed, the fuse returns to its original state after a short time. The slow start-up also allows for slight current overloads without disconnection.
