Spektrum IC3 Battery Connector (2x Female).
The IC3 and IC5 connectors are designed for the Spektrum Smart system, they have a center pin for the data cable. The IC connector series is designed to provide a stronger connection, higher heat resistance, easy installation and are compatible with EC3 and EC5 connectors.
Spektrum SMART Technology
When the charger is connected to the Spektrum Smart battery, the parameters and status of the Li-Pol battery are read from the Smart Memory microchip integrated in the battery. Through the charger, you can see the battery settings on the LCD display, so all you need to do to charge the battery is press the "Start" button. Smart technology takes care of the rest. Each Smart Li-Pol charger is equipped with a new generation IC3™ output connector, which has an integrated pin for transferring data from the battery to the LCD display.
