AK Interactive self-leveling primer designed for use with a brush or airbrush.

It is used to prepare the surface of a model or figure before applying a top coat of paint. Choose the shade of paint depending on what top coat you will subsequently spraypaint or paint the model with. It is also appropriate to use a corresponding light shade of primer under light shades of top coats. The primer is suitable for spray painting plastic, metal (photoetched), resin or 3D printed parts. After application, even the smallest details are preserved and the resulting surface improves the adhesion of the surface treatment. The surface is matte after drying.

Modeling acrylic base paint intended for painting or spraying on plastic, polyurethane, metal, wood, ceramics, textiles, or other suitable surface. Non-flammable base, dries quickly - after a few minutes to 1 hour the surface can be repainted, fully dries within 24 hours. Well-dried base paint creates a hard, durable surface that can be easily sanded under water with fine sandpaper to achieve a completely perfect surface. It is advisable to sand the paint only after it is completely dry.

Not suitable for children under 8 years of age. Children must always be supervised when working with paint. In case of contact with eyes and mucous membranes, rinse with clean water and seek medical attention. In case of ingestion, do not induce vomiting, seek medical attention immediately. Do not drink or eat the contents of the container, do not apply it to your skin.

Shake the paint well before use. Apply to a well-degreased, dry, clean surface. Always close the paint tightly, as it dries with air. Always wipe the lid of the container dry, do not let paint residues dry even on the edge. This will extend the shelf life and life of the paint.

Thinning: Use only original AK Interactive thinner (AK11500 or AK712). Using a thinner of another brand may damage the paint.

Painting: The paint is supplied in such a density that it can be used immediately. It is therefore suitable for painting smaller areas and parts with a brush. For minor repairs, it can be applied with a brush in several layers. Thin it with thinner if necessary.

Spray painting: The paint must be diluted for airbrushing. The dilution ratio usually needs to be tested individually depending on the type of airbrush and whether you are spray painting an area or a line. The dilution ratio can range from 1:1 to 1:3 (paint:thinner), but if necessary, you can dilute it even more with thinner directly in the airbrush funnel.

Drying time: The paint dries to the touch literally "before your eyes" within a few minutes. Drying can be accelerated with a hair dryer. For further painting/spray painting with a new layer, just wait a few minutes to an hour until the original layer dries. Complete drying takes about 24 hours.

Cleaning: After using the tool, wash it immediately with water. While the paint is fresh, it can be completely washed off without leaving traces. We recommend Airbrush Cleaner Tamiya, Revell Airbrush Cleaner, or another brand to clean the airbrush.
