4. Keep children away. All bystanders must be well away from the work area. Do not allow bystanders to come into contact with the tool or extension cord.
5. Store tools. Store all tools that are not in use in a dry place out of the reach of children.
6. Do not overload the tool. It will do its job better and safer if you use it for what it is intended to do and in the way it is intended to do.
7. Use the right tools. Do not try to make a small tool do a job that is intended for a large professional tool. Do not use this tool for a job for which it was not intended, such as drilling into concrete.
8. Dress appropriately. Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry. They can get caught in the rotating tool. When working outdoors, we recommend wearing gloves and suitable footwear. Be careful, even long hair can get caught. Wear a suitable hat.
9. Wear safety glasses when working. A face mask is also suitable for protection against dust while working.
10. Do not damage the power cord. Do not pull the cord near the tool, or unplug the plug from the socket by pulling on the cord. Avoid contact of the cord with sharp edges.
11. Secure the workpiece against movement with clamps or a vice. It is much safer if you can use both hands to work with the tool.
12. Ensure a stable working position. Be with both feet on the ground, in a good, comfortable and stable position.

Important general safety instructions:
1. The tool should be disconnected from the mains when changing the tool.
2. If you have overloaded/jammed the tool, switch it off immediately.
3. Regularly check the tightness of the clamping jaws, especially if you have been using the same tool clamped for a long time.
4. After finishing work, always disconnect the tool from the mains.
5. Do not repair a malfunctioning tool yourself.
6. Do not leave the tool and adapter lying around when they are switched on.
7. Do not store or use the tool in a dirty or damp environment.
Useful hints and tips:
1. The tool will heat up during prolonged use and therefore it is necessary to switch it off and let it cool down.
2. To ensure smooth rotation, it is a good idea to oil the spindle regularly.
3. Do not press too hard sideways on the tool during work, for example when polishing, grinding, etc. Lateral pressure will cause the shaft to become less accurate over time and increase vibrations.
4. Always work with sensitivity and appropriate pressure on the tool, this will achieve higher accuracy of work.
5. When drilling into metal, always first mark the drilling location with a hole punch so that the drill does not slip on the surface.
6. Always make sure that the tool is well clamped in the head so that the jaws fit well on the tool arbor.
7. You can adjust the speed depending on the type of work. For example, low speed for polishing, high for engraving.
Inserting tools into the tool:
Always switch off the tool first, preferably completely disconnect it from the mains. Hold the head in your fingers and with the finger of your other hand lightly press the metal button on the side of the tool near the front of the body. By slowly rotating the spindle by hand, you align the locking hole with the locking pin pressed by the button on the spindle. When the pin engages in the hole in the spindle, you will feel resistance in your fingers turning the spindle. The spindle is then secured against rotation and you can release the jaws of the chuck (head) by turning its outer ring. After the jaws are released, you can change the tool and tighten the jaws (or replace them as needed). After inserting a new tool, tighten the jaws with the ring so that the tool is firmly held, but do not use pliers to tighten them too much! If you tighten too much, you may damage the head.
Keep these instructions in a safe place for future reference.
