Humbrol Acrylic Paint is developed for painting plastic models. The paint is water-based, fast-drying and safe to use. Easy to mix colors to obtain other shades and the paint is suitable for airbrushing. The perfect general paint for all home craft and modeling purposes. Matt, velvet, glossy, metallic and clear finishes are available.

Uses: Water-based, fast-drying paint developed for use on plastic models, which can also be used on other surfaces. Substrate: A wide range of surfaces including most plastics, wood, glass, ceramic, metal, cardboard, sealed plaster, hardboard and many more.
Application: Apply directly from the can or airbrush with a suitable thinner such as water. Two thin coats are preferable to one thick coat.

Thinning: The usual dilution ratio is 2 parts paint to one part Humbrol Acrylic Thinner.
Drying time: The paint is touch dry in 20-30 minutes, 1-2 hours to dry completely, for glossy and metallic surfaces allow longer drying time.
Cleaning: While the paint is wet, it can be washed off with water or acrylic thinner. Dried paint can be washed off with cellulose thinner or acrylic paint cleaner.
