    Balsa wood in B quality suitable for building model airplanes, ships or other wooden models. B quality sheets have minor defects in appearance and may have worse tolerances. They are a great choice for modelers looking for a cheaper option or for use where perfect quality and accuracy are not as important.

    It is used as the main building material in the construction of the fuselage or wing of an aircraft, or for ship skinning, for building architectural models. It has many uses in other types of hobbies.
