Revolutionary product used to create and depict chipped paint and surface wear. Apply a base coat of paint, then a coat of preparation, followed by another top coat of paint. Once dry, dampen the area with water and gently scrub with a stiff brush. Work slowly, ensuring that small scratches and surface paint wear gradually appear on the surface. Remove any water and paint residue with a tissue.
The final effect depends on the amount of Chipping Effect used, the thickness of the surface paint and the time since you applied the preparation.
